You’ll stroll on a nearby beach before heading on to Rancho San Felipe, a small Mayan community where a local shaman will take you through a short purification ritual. In the afternoon, you’ll trek for a while through the jungle to reach Sac Actun (White Cave) and Nohoch Nah Chich (Giant Bird Cage). These are the second and third-largest cave systems in this area, and your guide will show you to the cenotes (natural sinkholes) where you can snorkel in wonderfully clear water, surrounded by amazing stalactites and stalagmites - don’t forget a swimsuit. Bringing the day to an adventurous conclusion, you’ll travel further into the jungle by 4x4 to a zipline circuit, splashing down eventually into another pool.
