Catalan cuisine is one of Spain’s most diverse, and most delicious. Often reliant on those staples of the Mediterranean diet: olive oil, legumes, pork and lamb, seafood, cheese, tomatoes and garlic, this is a cooking style that has garnered praise from all quarters, and produced some of the world’s best eateries. Now it’s your chance to learn how to source the freshest ingredients, and prepare a traditional Catalan dish with a local chef in their own home. Bring an appetite!
Choose from a lunch or dinner session, but either way your experience begins with a visit to the local market to search out the best produce. Then you’ll move on to the workshop where you’ll be taught how to prepare a mouthwatering meal, which you’ll then share with the other participants over chat. Recipes are included so you can recreate the dishes back home, making this one of the most rewarding things you can do while in Barcelona. Highly recommended.
