You will get a hands on experience how to cook authentic Indian cooking and have full dinner or lunch.
We will meet and greet and know about the spices and start cooking. It is a very hands on fun class and at the end you will have a full dinner/lunch. Every body will get a chance to cook and chop and grind spices.

• Chicken tikka masala/ Butter chicken - It is a main dish of chicken with onion, ginger, garlic and aromatic spices.
• Samosa - It is flour dough stuffed with potato, peas, cauliflower and spices.
• Saag Paneer - Spinach with cheese and onion, garlic and ginger and other spices
• Pakora - Onion fritters
