Continuing on as far as Skjolden, the boat returns toward Marifjøra, where your expedition will be rewarded with an incredible lunch at the Tørvis hotel, prepared from local produce. Expect smoked pepper salmon on sourdough bread with homemade coriander butter, fresh mango and arugula. Following the feast, the staff will be pleased to give you a small guided tour of this traditional hotel, and tell you about its past.
