- Not one, not two, but three volcanos wait to be explored on this fantastic full-day Tinggly tour
- Walk inside an actual volcano crater
- See Izalco volcano, known as the Lighthouse of the Pacific for its eruptions that lasted almost 150 years

This exhilarating tour begins in San Salvador, from where your guide will accompany you to Cerro Verde National Park, scene of many legendary hiking trails and home to three volcanoes: Cerro Verde, Santa Ana, and Izalco, and between them, a dense jungle thick with animal and plant life that thrives in this mineral-rich terrain. You’ll walk inside Cerro Verde’s crater - don’t worry, it’s extinct, before heading to Izalco, whose eruptions could be seen all the way from the Pacific Ocean.
The summit of Santa Ana, the largest and highest of the three volcanos, is often swathed in clouds brought in from the coast. From here you will head to the picturesque Lake Coatepeque, formed from two collapsed volcanic cones, where if you like you can take a boat ride before the journey back to San Salvador. An action-packed day out, featuring plenty of hiking and some of the best views in El Salvador.
