By the end of the course, you will know how to make fougasse, tin loaves, bread sticks and focaccia amongst others.
Start with a classic white dough and build a strong foundation needed to make a perfect loaf every time. Learn how to mould and shape loaves of any shape and size by using your own hands and electric devices. Lastly prepare a brown dough and cut your dough into different shapes including stars and plaits.
