Bangkok is a city of two halves - the packed metropolis with its commercial districts, gleaming skyscrapers and the exotica of Khao San Road; and the more sedate, traditional communities where Thai culture continues as it has done for centuries. This well-curated tour shows the contrasts of different Thai communities, heading north from the city center along the banks of the river. Bike down narrow alleys to see ordinary Thai homes. Climb back in the saddle and cycle past several schools.
