- Go beyond normal sightseeing routes
- Visit Belgrade’s oldest candy store
- Ideal way to get an authentic experience of Serbian culture

Our tribe of Tinggly travellers always suggest a cookery lesson when visiting a new country - it’s an invaluable way to get to the heart of a new culture, and it also leads to new skills and, of course, a happy stomach. So we’re pleased to introduce this Belgrade gift experience provided by local foodies - these aren’t professional chefs, they’re homegrown talents with a passion for cooking and eating, meeting new friends and sharing their love of their city. That ensures this class is about as authentic and enjoyable as it gets.
You’ll begin with a visit to a local market, where you’ll pick up fresh ingredients, and also visit Belgrade’s oldest candy store for some tasty treats. Then it’s back to the kitchen where you’ll be learning how to prepare traditional dishes such as cevapcici, pljeskavica or sarma in a relaxed environment. On finishing, sit down to share a delicious meal with your fellow guests and raise a toast to Belgrade!
