We create a filled hand made pasta called Culurgiones a traditional sardinian main course. Making pasta is very simple but when is come to close a culurgiones in a perfect way is a challenge! We start making pasta and cooking vegetables and then you will be baffled while learning how to stitch the Ogliastra culurgiones, an incredible technique to sew up fresh pasta with the filling inside using your hands. the all together we prepare teh table, with a glass of red wine we are ready to have a Perfect Sardinian Lunch. We will serve lunch with a glass of red wine, bread & cheese.

Once upon a time, Sardinian's Mothers used to cook all day the hand made pasta called "Culurgiones", making pasta togheter while tomato souce and the potato start to boil. We want to share this ancient tradition, for one day getting hands-on help preparing a sunday's lunch.
We start at 9.00 a.m or 10.00 as you - guests - prefer and we can start immediately preparing pasta, while potato and souce are cooking. We use only durum
wheat flour from Sardinian Local Producer and all the ingredient are from local farmer (potatoes, mint, cheese). We set up the table and after that we are ready to lunch, with a glass of local wine, some appetizers our culurgiones.

• Seasonal Veggetarian Apetizer - Fresh Tomato Salad with garlic/basil/ricotta
• Culurgionis cooking class result - We served our culurgionis cooking class result; the more you do the more we eat :-)
• Sardinia traditional sweet or a surpreise dessert - Dessert are sometimes seasonal or we have a selection of Sardinia typical sweet.
