Now you can choose from a range of fascinating cookery lessons, held in a state-of-the-art kitchen on the upper floor of a charming 19th century carriage house. A selection of great classes is available for you to choose from, including gluten-free baking; cocktails 101; Korean vegetarian home cooking; fish butchery; vegan; Mexican; mezze platters and many more. You’ll be using fresh, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, with a farm-to-table style of cooking.
