- The only Tinggly experience that takes place under the ice of winter
- See the intense beauty of the ice from below, punctuated by arcs of colour from the sky, and the balletic patterns of air bubbles.

Tinggly present this unique ice-diving excursion in the scenic location of Lac de Tignes, where underwater scenes from cult diving movie The Big Blue were shot. You’ll immerse yourself in the cold waters, beneath ice which can range in thickness from 30cm to 1m 50cm (1-5 feet), following your professional guide along a sunken rope to explore this rarely-seen environment.
Although it may seem extreme, ice-diving is now very accessible thanks to the modern equipment you’ll be provided with to keep you safe and, if not exactly warm, at least comfortable throughout your dive. Swimming beneath the ice is a unique, mesmerizing experience, full of beauty, and we highly recommend either bringing your own underwater camera to capture it, or hire the on-site photographer.
