- Visit one of Washington’s most popular scenic attractions
- Tastings at the state’s oldest and most acclaimed winery
There are more than 700 wineries in Washington, many of them clustered around the fertile shores of Lake Washington. On this Seattle gift experience, you’ll not only be paying a visit to Chateau Ste. Michelle, which is the oldest and perhaps the most renowned winery in the state, but also an independent family-run place as well, with the opportunity to enjoy a superior tasting session, not to mention exploring the very scenic grounds. You’ll have the option to bring your own lunch or purchase a boxed picnic lunch at the winery, and a more idyllic place to eat you’d struggle to find. Please note wine tastings are at a supplement payable on arrival.
Following the winery visits you’ll continue on through the foothills of the Cascades, by comfortable air-conditioned coach, to see Snoqualmie Falls, which ranks as one of the premier natural attractions in Washington. Pass flower farms and horse ranches on the way to this divinely attractive spot. The day finishes with a short stop at famous Boehm’s Swiss Chocolate Factory Issaquah where you can try a handful of delicious European-style hand-dipped chocolates and candy before heading back to the city. A refined and appetising day out amid spectacular landscapes, make sure this one goes on your Bucket List!
