The Blue Lagoon off the eastern coast of Bali is an idyllic spot - beaches of white sand, and not too touristy, perfect for learning to dive. This excellent Indonesia experience sees you receive the vital basics of diving instruction from a qualified expert, before you head beneath the waves for an introductory dive. The water here is exceptionally clear, with visibility up to 50ft (15m), allowing you to see a rich variety of fish and other marine creatures in their native habitat.
Underwater photographers would be in their element here, with sharks, squids, octopi and turtles frequent visitors to these waters. You might also encounter razor fish, snake eels, and sea cucumbers as your guide shows you around the colourful coral formations. This is a great experience for those, who doesn't have enough for full PADI Open Water Course.
