The waffle is one of the most famous, and without doubt the greatest export of Belgium. Served with a variety of different toppings but more often than not lashings of delicious chocolate, Belgian waffles are dangerously addictive - if you’ve ever eaten one, then you’ll never be able to walk past a stall selling them again. This fantastic Brussels gift experience centres on a professional workshop where you’ll learn how to craft the perfect consummate waffle, from dough to plate, developing skills and knowledge to impress and delight your friends.
No previous experience is necessary as comprehensive tuition is provided. The group splits into teams (kids welcome - try and keep them away!) and then you’ll learn how to prepare the waffle dough, bake it to perfection, and add your chosen toppings - from chocolate to cream, fruit or honey. Pose for a photo with your creation, then devour it with a complimentary drink. Surely the best Brussels experience there is?
