The Stockhorn mountain is without doubt one of Europe’s most breathtaking bungee jump locations. If you’ve ever wanted to push yourself to the limit by taking the plunge, then there can be few better places to try it than here in the Swiss Alps. You’ll be transported from Interlaken, and travel up the scenic Simmental Valley to Erlenbach, which sits at the foot of the Stockhorn. From here. It’s a cable car up to the middle station, where you’ll be fitted with your harness. Already the views are incredible.
Once you’re all set, and prepared for the jump, you’ll board one final cable car. This then comes to a stop in the middle of the line, the doors open, and you do your thing. As in, leap out from a height of 134 metres over the gorgeous Lake Hinterstockensee - a rush you’ll never forget. After bouncing around for a while, you’ll be collected by a boat, and then conveniently returned to your Interlaken hotel, ready to celebrate no doubt.
