Some say that Cape Town is the most beautiful place in South Africa for a skydive. You won’t
hear any arguments from us. From that high up, you’re going to enjoy extraordinary views
of the Cape winelands, the scenic fields of Wellington, not one but two oceans glimmering
away, and of course the iconic Table Mountain. But it’s really only after the instructor has
pulled the cord and released the parachute that you’re going to fully take in your
surroundings. Before then, you’ll be too busy focusing on the rush that comes from a
190km/h freefall.

That’s right, you’ll be reaching terminal velocity before the instructor releases the ‘chute.
It’s difficult to think of a more exhilarating experience than skydiving - that’s why it tops so
many bucket lists. The sensation of flight, the blast of a freefall, and the elegant descent that
lasts several minutes afterwards. Plus you get that amazing sense of achievement, just from
having the courage to take the leap out of the plane. If you’ve ever wanted to take a
skydive, Cape Town is most certainly a great place to do it.
