This amazing aqua safari experience takes place in the gorgeous warm waters off Bora Bora, a French Polynesian island famed for its watersports activity. Now you can explore the lagoon and get to know its inhabitants, even have the fish feed from your outstretched hand, with no need of a scuba diving license. Simply place the special diving helmet you are provided with over you head, and away you go. You can even wear your glasses if you wish, there’s plenty of space in the helmet, and you’ll have even greater visibility.
A water taxi takes you out to the sleek catamaran where a qualified instructor will give you a safety briefing and help you put on your helmet correctly. You’ll be able to breathe perfectly with no need for an air tank. Then descend a ladder into a crystal-clear underwater world where you’ll encounter clownfish, rays, maybe even the odd shark! Take a gentle walk along the sandy lagoon floor with your guide to explore the area, then return to the boat for refreshments and a spot of snorkelling.
