The Northern Lights are high on the bucket list for most adventurous souls. During this heavenly experience our Northern Lights sailing team will do everything in their power to provide you with the most memorable adventure while waiting for the sky to begin its Auroral dance. Of course, there are many ways to enjoy nature’s best light show, but our favorite is to combine it with a warm, comfortable cruise while zig-zagging the fjords close to the Norwegian city of Tromsø. But what’s the advantage of taking a boat, you might ask? Sailing in the Arctic night is a totally unique experience, at least when compared to driving to a viewing point in a car or bus. The most important difference being that on the water we are able to keep moving with the lights, while also being able to pop into the cabin to grab a hot coffee. Our skippers and guides all have the knowledge and first-hand experience to keep you safe and comfortable while enjoying one of nature’s most amazing visual spectacles.
