Take your first steps into the graceful sport of windsurfing with this excellent Portugal gift experience. Based out of a professional windsurf school in the beautiful Algarve, the 3-hour lesson takes place at a calm lagoon in Alvor where both the wind and the water conditions are absolutely sublime for windsurfing, especially during the windiest months of June, July and August. If you’ve ever wanted to learn this fun sport, this is the perfect opportunity.
You may be a complete novice, or you may have some previous experience on a board already but be looking to improve your skills - either way, this lesson will have much to offer. Up-to-date training methods and easy-to-use equipment are employed as you learn how to ride downwind and upwind, tacking, and the art of beach and water starts. Windsurfing is one of the most popular watersports in the Algarve, and this lesson will give you a solid grounding in the basics.
