A city built on a series of islands connected by bridges and canals, Stockholm is often referred to as a “Venice of the North”, an apt comparison Tinggly is sure you’ll agree, given how beautiful the scenery is. This fun packed kayaking tour will see you navigate Lake Mälaren, the third largest lake in the country, circling the island of Kungsholmen, and with excellent views of several other nearby islands.
Taking a relaxed pace, led by your guide, you will learn about the many reasons to visit Kungsholmen, which is where City Hall is located along with a picturesque inner-city beach. A popular address for many young people, it is alive with restaurants, bars and clubs, and there is also a notable art deco district along the Sankt Eriksbron bridge. Paddle along, take in the sights, and enjoy Stockholm from a different vantage point.
