I spent the whole time laughing and screaming with joy, it was insane!

- Wear warm, waterproof clothing, and in winter, hat, jacket and gloves
- Minimum height is 1m (3ft) but may rise to 1.5m (5ft) in inclement weather
- Participants are required to sign an indemnity waiver - parents or guardians must sign for children under the age of 18
- Check-in half an hour prior to departure
- Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied on the ride by an adult
- Pregnant women, people with bad backs, and those suffering from motion sickness are advised not to ride
- Operates every 45 minutes
- Complimentary shuttles depart ‘The Station’ Information Centre (corner Camp and Shotover Streets) up to every 15 minutes.
- The venue is located 7kms from Queenstown when using own transport.
