And now it’s your turn to learn how to prepare a typical Indo-Goan meal, with this sumptuous half-day culinary tour, beginning with breakfast, then a visit to a local market to source your ingredients, before repairing to a beautiful garden gazebo where the fun really starts!
With your chef as guide, you’ll prepare five staples of Indo-Goan menus with a Portuguese twist, including Galinha Cafreal, Fish Recheado, and Rissois de Camarao, as well as a dessert. Then settle down to eat your creation, bonding with fellow guests and discovering more about this unique culture and culinary heritage. Your experience also includes plenty of useful tips on how to prepare curries, masalas and chutneys.
