Great trip, nice guide, would definitely come back
The Green Lake was created by the Oymapinar Dam, found some 7.5 miles (12km) from Manavgat. Among the most beautiful locations in Turkey, a voyage here takes in lush green woodland, the powerful Taurus mountain range, and the chance of spotting some rare Brown Fish Owls. You’ll board your boat at the lakeside quay and cruise around 9 miles (14.5km) through the canyon, stopping off for an invigorating dip in the inviting waters at regular intervals. Swimming platforms have been placed around for convenient diving.
You’ll enjoy a comfortable journey, with onboard refreshments and a friendly crew. Lunch will be taken at a lovely spot by the side of the lake where you can enjoy picturesque views of the Taurus mountains that form the canyon. This is an unbelievably scenic cruise, so Tinggly highly recommend bringing a wide lens for your camera. The only problem is, when it’s time to return, you won’t want to get off the boat.
