- Peak entrance times are between 11:00 and 14:00, as well as 1 hour before and 1 hour after sunset

- Mobile vouchers cannot be accepted. Please bring a printed copy of your voucher
- Please note that all guests must pass through the security line to access the Observatory. This skip-the-line ticket entitles you to pass the general admission line but not the security line
- There is a designated lane for express pass holders that goes around security to the front of the line. Express pass holders go through the scanners, but they don't have to wait in line with general admission guests
