This informal and fun experience sees you visiting a local market to source the freshest of ingredients for a menu you’ll have developed beforehand with the chef. Sample the produce, barter with the stallholders, and snack on a few local delicacies while you browse.
On your return to the kitchen, you’ll be preparing empanadas, pebre and a typical Chilean salad to accompany your 3-course meal. Compliment the food with a local wine, and learn how to concoct a pisco sour cocktail too.
