- This excursion is the next best thing to flying into space
- Thrilling visit to the famous Kennedy Space Cente
- Lunch together with an actual NASA astronaut

I also had the chance to dine with astronaut Captain. Jon McBride! Thankfully it wasn’t the “romantico dinner” I was expecting, more of a sportsman’s dinner type affair. I had a thoroughly enjoyable day at the Kennedy Space Center; I recommend it to anyone with even a passing interest in Space.
One of our best Day
Be sure and arrive early because there’s a lot to see, with over 60 interactive experiences on-site! We suggest taking the tour bus first to see the inner workings of the space center. The Hubble Telescope and the Astronaut Hall of Fame are must-visits, as is the Shuttle Launch Experience where you can learn what it feels like to blast off! Also make sure you see the Space Shuttle Atlantis, pride of the fleet, and the restored Saturn V rocket, the largest ever built.
Breaking the day up nicely is a spot of lunch, with a twist. During your meal you’ll receive a personalised presentation from a NASA astronaut about the training these pioneers undergo, and the experiences they’ve been through. A photo opportunity will be available, after which you can continue your visit. Utterly enthralling, for anyone with even a passing interest in the history of American spaceflight this excursion is an absolute must.
