- Very few places you can zipline in the dark
- Stunning scenery
- Surreal experience of nighttime ziplining
There are many locations in the world where you can take an amazing zipline circuit, but not so many where you can do it in the dark. Beginning with a safety briefing at dusk, you’ll set off with trained instructors to help you around, all of your senses heightened as day turns into night. Set in the beautiful surrounds of virtually untouched forest next to Carver’s Falls, you’ll glide through the forest with just the moon and a helmet-torch to light your way.
Navigating the course takes more than just ziplining. You’ll be ascending floating spiral staircases to platforms mounted in trees that are centuries-old and crossing the waterfall on a suspension bridge, an even more magical experience under the evening skies. Finish with a victory parallel zip alongside the falls, and head to bed for a well-earned rest. This is without a doubt one of the most exhilarating things to do in North Carolina.
